I had never used your price guarantee before and was curious at what point the sale shows the 10% price reduction? My order (101016260) shipped yesterday and only reflects the other websites price. Is it normal to take this long to reflect the change?

Anyhoo, the price difference was $33.00, so we matched the price and then refunded 10% ($3.30) of the difference, which will post to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on bank or creditor processing times.
