100 or 200 micron filter socks?

First off whats the difference? Which would make more sence in a reef tank? I am a firm believer in using filter socks an as long as they are consistantly swapped out. Currently I use a 100 micron, but kind of curious on the 200 micron.

I have 100 and 200 in my mix and notice no difference between the 2. They are mixed together now so I don't even know which one is which anymore.
