107 gallon cube for a group of ocellaris

I just got a 107 gallon cube to replace a smaller tank where I have a dozen of BTA's and a couple of clowns that breed regularly. There's also a bicolor blenny and a diamond goby.

I also got a glass structure to create a suspended rock structure:

I need a couple of advises:

- what's the lowest number of clowns and what age to make this work;

- is there a problem in combining black and white ocellaris with regular ocellaris in this new group in a proportion of 1 to 2? Something like 4 black and white and 8 regular?

There no danger in mixing the clowns. It's more the number of clowns you want to mix is the issue

In the long run, there's any possibility of the male being overthrone? The last thing I want to to disrupt the couple.

I have been doing some research on the subject and in the short term, it would be ok to add a smaller number of young clowns, maybe 6.

All the cases I found where a large number was added, there wasn't an adult couple pre established.

The couple will not see them as a threat and they won't be that stressed by a small number of young clowns.

On the the other hand, the new guys have little reason to fight, because they are young and there are anemones for everyone.

As time goes by, the tank being square based, it doesn't allow any more couples to establish themselves. I hope that will refrain them from maturing.

I was thinking about the idea of adding fish that would help keep the clown group tighter, like a dwarf lionfish and maybe some other fish that appreciate that huge cave.

I tried the glass shelf. I couldn't make it work. I kept thinking there should be cakes and not corals there.

I took the shelf out and I tried to create a layout that kept my clown couple in the centre. This way they can make sure that their dominance covers the whole tank and that no other female will appear.

I finally placed the order for the 11 clowns and I managed to resist the idea of including designer clowns.

It's going to be 7 regular ocellaris and 4 Darwin. All of them are captive bred.

I wanted to avoid overcrowding the tank with so many fish that I wouldn't be able to know each of them.

On the other hand, I don't want to have a number so small that it will make it easy for them to focus their aggression on a single fish.

I am also curious to see the relationship between the 2 variants.

I am hoping my adult couple doesn't resume laying eggs before the new group arrives, early next week.
