130 X 36 x 36 inbound...any suggestions?

Is that a Scribbled I see poking its snout out? If so, how long ago did it make it into your DT, and if I recall correctly you had two at one point, are they both in your DT now?

I haven't looked at this thread in a while and decided to stop by to see if I could get a vicarious thrill. As usual, I did. You could sell tickets.

so, the peps and narcosis are here...along with some other really cool things and some "new" thing, lol...not many peps...not sure what I will get....

New to the forum, but I am addicted to this thread now and need a fix. Any updates on the peps, am I missing it?

I think he meant that Rufus has them in his hands and Ted is waiting to talk to Rufus and see what he is going to get from him. Actually they are probably on the way now or Ted might have them and hasn't posted anything about them yet... He hasn't posted here in a few days so that would be my guess, plus Wayne just got some fish in from Rufus so im sure there will be a update by Ted here soon about them

Yeah, that 1 of the tb from Wen. The other was a real pita to her, so she remains in the 125. I had intended on putting the aggressive one in the dt but was able to catch the mellower on quite easily. She has been in the dt for around 6 weeks, I think?

Hi humaguy how do you like the colins? Is it shy?

they can be, but may gain confidence over time. The one in the dt is a very visible fish. They can be difficult to feed initially but once they eat, you are good to go. Michael has had a bunch of really nice ones lately.

The centerpiece of the tank... I almost forgot about that little guy. Do you think he ever get jealous of all the beauty around him?

Lol, you can't forget about her!

She is a beautiful fish....Imagine her coloration on a Centropyge or Holacanthus, heck, how about on a Rhinecanthus!
Shame they are so small...

Welcome!

Lol, the peps and narcs are being conditioned to life outside the ocean. Not going to get them for a while...

Can't wait to see them! On a side note Ron never caught any of the masked angels surprise surprise so he was completely full of BS like you and others mentioned:uzi: :fun2:

What size are your Crosshatches?

Ours are around 4" now and seem tiny in a 120" tank.

What would you consider I good sized system for yours?

Curious what they would do to condition them. Hyperbaric chamber! I have wondered if they bring them to the surface slowly in holding cages to help them equalize. A cage tied to a bouy that you raise 20 feet an hour or something like that.

There are small decompression chambers made just for this. Other things to consider are adjustments to light, some of them will just suddenly die for no apparent reason because they can't adjust to life not in the ocean at depth. Getting them to eat is also challenging i would imagine. Not to mention everything else im failing to. Hell i haven't ever even seen one outside of a picture before. Ted is a master when it comes to tiny and rare angels so if anyone can do it, its Ted

they are huge...must be around 9-10...

What size did you get them at? How long ago?

Thanks for all your help when our two were in quarantine.

Made it through well, but now the male lost his red tail, but they both have yellow fins and yellow tails... guess they'll be confused until they're 5-6" or so...
