I have used and probably still have it in my freezer but not only does it have a lot of garlic but the amount is insane...when I used it whole house would smell of garlic...
and I prefer lrf as I can identify what every piece is...rogger's is a either a flat of orange or green looking stuff...just personal preference and lrf is a new product that is sadly not as widely avail as many other foods are...

yes, I experienced the same...with the triggers I learned to drop it in frozen and they would take care of it...with all the angels I have had to dial things way back...
 
Took some pics and things seem to be going well...the interrupta are spending a lot of time together the bandits continue to, the baby bandit is doing great and nobody messes with her....my female ch def is male, which leaves me with 2 males, hmmm....the smaller clarion seems to be asserting dominance over the smaller fish but seems especially bothered by the baby regal with has picked a perfect cave built in to the overflow with rock...bit of a bummer she is confined there and I am curious to see what happens...I rearranged some rock after these pics and am about to add a few pieces...I tried to rearrange the area where the regal is to give her more room and keep the smaller clarion out of her way...

I ordered directly from Larry. The closest place to buy it locally would be That Pet/Fish Place, just outside of Lancaster. Not sure if the drive would be worth saving the cost of shipping, but I hear that place has an incredible amount of fish on display.

Just out of curiosity, where did you get your regal and venustus from? I'm assuming Michael.

regal from dd...
I think that venustus was from nya and my ultra shy one that I moved out was dd...would have to check my notes though...
 
I'm going to try a few trigs in my 500 but gotta be cautious as I am going with some coral as well. Would love to have a giant queen or titan but I don't think my wife would appreciate 1 fish in the 500 :)
