If you were building a 14' long tank by 30" tall 36" wide double bottom, double eurobraced would 16mm glass be thick enough?

Thanks in advance

Yes, but you would definitely want to euro-brace it, top and bottom. I have had tanks up to 36" tall using 1/2" low-iron glass (Starphire).

Nope. I am in London and I think I would know if someone was paying me... for anything at the moment.

that's gonna be a sweet build  following.
from my experience I would go with 20mil and yes double bottom and eurobraced.
my 10 foot tank is 20mil with double eurobrace and now the kinks are out I love it.
If its Dave in Calgary building it then yes I know him.

I was told that a 30" tall tank at this length should be 19mm but apparently 19mm is not available at this length so it will be 16mm double eurobraced and the eurobracing will be tempered, thoughts?

That tank is mind blowing. :eek2: Subscribed.

If possible, please take some pictures of the delivery process.
