15v on VS port

VS3 port is on but dont turn off or dim, i measure 15v, VS4 measure 10V, both lights on ED8 are green on vs3/vs4, what i should do, the Apex unit is 5 days old. I am dimming a Meanwell ELN60-48D. Thanks Damian

Check your wiring; 15V sounds like you are cross-wired between 2 ports.

X2. If you have the wrong pins, you'll get 14vdc +/- instead of 0 - 10vdc.

The only 2 ports that can cross are vs3 with vs4, and vs4 works well, actually vs1 and vs2 works well too, so you still think it can be a cross wire? Thanks Damian

Problem solve, cables were cross on the connector side, thank you guys.
