180 g tank/equipment for sale - open house Saturday

I have decided to sell my 180 gallon tank and equipment (will still be active in the club) until I can plan another tank down the road.

I will be holding an open house (Sunrise) this Saturday, January 7, 2009 from noon to 4pm for anyone who would like to come look at the tank or equipment. PM or email ( chrisaggie@yahoo.com ) me for my address.

The 180 gallon tank is in great condition and sits on a 36” tall stand and is topped by a 15” tall canopy. The entire setup sits 76” tall. The tank is an AGA reef ready with two overflows. The tank comes with a custom sump (~44g) and refugium (~11g). Price for the tank, stand, canopy, sump, and refugium is $700.

Other equipment for sale includes:

Dual 250w pfo metal halide ballast (model AQ2 250MH) $150
Single 250w Maxkor electronic dimmable ballast $125
MRC MR-2 skimmer with 1’ extra extension tube and dual injectors. The base has spider cracks which have been repaired for years and not leaked. This skimmer is a MONSTER! $350

I also have a LARGE GEO Kalk reactor in new condition. It's 8" diameter by 18" tall (normal size is 6" by 18" I think). $250

Who made that stand and canopy? It looks awesome the way the doors open up and give full access.

It was made by the person I bought the tank from. Don't remember his name now. I love how it opens up. Uses piano hinges on the sides.

So far none of the equipment is actually sold, but tentatively the calcium reactor, CO2 tank, skimmer, dj strips, ozone meter, ph meter, and enaly ozone generator are spoken for (I didn't forget anyone did I?)

To make this a little easier on me I have decided not to hold other equipment (unless you want to paypal deposit), but I am am available nights this week and Saturday.
