18g Solid copper wiring

I'll make sure the wiring i get is 18AWG 600v. hopefully that won't be too hard to find. Finding 18gauge solid wire has been tough enough, so let's hope the "standard" is the common one, haha. thanks for your help.

use stranded THHN wire it's nicer and carries more current than solid wire.

I just want to stick to what the manufacturer recommended wiring for this ballast is, just in case there are any problems, they can't blame it on the wiring.

If you have an old ballast or shop light laying around, just cut the wires off that to use

Actually, the wiring inside a shop light usually is extra long and just stuffed into the fixture. If you totally can't find any to buy, you can just trim the excess wiring for use on the new setup.

no such luck, i'll just have to go try and find them somewhere locally, i'll check at radio shack this weekend. I'll probably hit up some other HDs or Lowes to if i don't find them at RS.
