This site has over 200,000 users and about 27 staff members. I think your math is off. 
The list that see at the top of your forum (Moderated by: Agu, Anemone, beerguy, bertoni, Carlos, DgenR8, EdKruzel, geo, griss, mhurley, Nanook, traveller7)is the list of moderators for all, several hundred, of our regional/club forums; not just FMAS.
Honestly, we'd all prefer to not have to do any moderation in the club forums at all. The problem occurs when folks believe that they're above the rules that they agreed to when they created their account here. RC is what it is because of those rules. The boards that pop-up, with no moderation, because ugly free-for-alls that wither and die. The best way to avoid moderation is to avoid attracting attention.

Lets just enjoy what we do and do what we do.
Seems to me u have to much time on your hands or u are way to bored to be looking into this things.
If u place half of your dedication to other endeavors such as reefing even perhaps work u may find life to be lots more interesting.
BTW I spend wayyy more time than u looking at nonsense but at least its reef realted LOL.

must be nice to have plenty of money for new things and not have to look on here for deals, kinda stinks to see other reefer selling stuff cheap that i may or may not be interested in only to have it deleted by the mods.
perhaps you would like to give me some free frags, you will get alot of enjoyment in life if you give to others

Many many others get and then some- sometimes u just have to delete people from your list. If I look back at how much I've given over the years in this hobby i can build 5 tanks!.
BTW this guys are trying to do their job- there's plenty of forums out there. If I break the rules i expect to be reprimended, at least that's the way NORMAL society wroks.
