2 blue gigs.

I've had mine get mad and shrink/go backwards. Adding high flow for a couple days usually helps big time. Try it.

Flow is good there. He have been moving a bit also. He seem better since I added the light last week. Will see. The other Gigantea and other anemone species are all doing well

I take a video of him tomorrow. You will see the flow and light. He was not between the other two anemones but he moved there

Gigs aren't all the same. My green demands ridiculous high flow. My little brown hardly sways in the flow. They aren't all the same, so when you say the others are happy with flow, doesn't mean your green is getting enough. Try blasting it. Just try. Not damaging high, but really give it a good strong flow, stronger than it's getting. Try it.

My green 75 gig has moved several inches the last few months, it's attached to the bottom through the sand. It's been moving closer to the mp40. I added another powerhead aimed right at it. It's stopped moving, and looks happier. They aren't all the same, they are individuals that like to give us trouble at times!

No, on the L side of the tank, the purple get moderate, the light green get very low flow. On the right side, the large brown-green get very high flow (and like it. He grew from 2 inches to 16 inches at the same place. The green on was in moderate/high flow and moderate light (my tank) 450 PAR. He moved to lower light and lower flow, then moved back to high flow but right in between the two anemones. Pt cannot adjust flow pattern in my tank well. The Vortecs MP-60 at the ends of the aquarium generated a lot of flow. At random, uncoordinated from each other really cause random flow. I also have two large tunze that on intermittent flow every 6 seconds from the back corner. The over all pattern of flow in my tank is very high, random flow. Night mode calmer. The MP-60 flow at 50% constant flow.

I'm looking forward to your video. That clam you have is an, oh, wow!

Thats video is awesome. I could watch that tank in person for HOURS! Couple of questions

1) I'm researching anemones now do they really like that much flow? Yours look healthy and happy with that flow.

2) Have you ever had that clam close up on a fish the way they swim inside of it? Your clam might be the most fascinating thing I've seen in a tank. Beautiful!

Awesome tank Minh! It's like the hanging garden of Babylon. I see the green gig on the right you're concerned about. It still looks like it's too low of flow to me still, more importantly, the gig. The bigger gig above it looks like it's getting good flow, but it's sandwiched between a big gig and a mag, still not getting enough it appears. Adding a little Tunze 6045 on the side and pointing it, or moving it, would be the best choice, IMO. I like those pumps, the 6025 and 6045 because of low electric consumption, low heat, and easy to point where I want it. But to me, I'm still guessing it's low flow. That big gig next to it looks fantastic! Thanks for the video.

Wow, awesome tank OrionN! That clam is nuts! Why do you have acros hanging from fishing string? Is that rock of macro algae for your tangs, or has it always been there?

That was put in yesterday for the tangs. It almost gone today. Will be clean by Wednesday. I will take it out and change for another rock and put it back to the refugium to have algae grow on it again. I try to remove before it all gone so it recover faster

Here are pictures of my algae rock in my tank days 1-3. The tangs really like it. I need to get it out tonight so there are still plenty of algae in it so it can regrowth quickly. IMO, this is a really good source of fresh algae for my tangs, angels and Fox Face

Here were some pics and video of my carpets with the low par. I have some white par38's coming to see how everything does.

It says you've restricted your videos. Looks like those pics are from last year. How about some pics from recently, with white lights so we can see accurate coloration? :)

Nice nems!

I'm not sure, they work for me when I sign out of everything. The first gig pic and video are from today and haddoni a week ago. That is as white as it gets for now, 20k halide, they are also with a old ipad and cell phone. The 5k's should help the pics when they come in.

I took my Green Gigantea out to my QT. I did not want him to get sick in DT and start to casue all my Gigantea to go down hill. He is in my QT now. Looking good I think. Once I got him stable, I will put him back in the DT. Here is a picture of my Gig and Mag without him in the middle, and a picture of him in QT

Looks happier not between the 2 other anemones. I'm guessing it didn't get enough flow between them. On occasion a couple of mine have deflated, I add a power head pointed at it and they perk right back up. The sooner added flow the better, they never deflate otherwise.

I added 2 more Radion Pro to my tank and added total of 8 spot light. Cannot get the 150 W equivalent so I have to settle for the 120 W equivalent. Will see how they are in a few months. I think the color already improved in compare to when I have them under less light. I also change the Radions to Max growth instead of the bell shape natural light profile.
