2 cleaner wrasses

2 cleaner wrasses

I have 2 on each tank
Even on my 55 gallons qt without issues it just have to be introduce at the same time.

Like bullitr said yes, but to clarify most cleaners will need to trained to accept frozen foods and some just aren't trainable. The Hawian cleaner is much more difficult to care for than the common

I've tried pairing cleaner wrasses twice...both times it was a total disaster, so, IME, it isn't as easy as just putting 2 together. I don't really know what the secret is though...

Getting a pr of cleaners is difficult, as they dont tolerate other cleaners.

In the wild they are in pairs, but are not communal as other wrasses are in that there will be a population of juveniles nearby. When they settle from larval stage they begin their transition to adulthood. They either find a location to set up their own cleaning station, join an unpaired cleaner, or die. Once they establish their station they will quite vigorously defend their it from other cleaners. So, unless you are able to find an already bonded pair, the likelihood of pairing them on your own is very low.

Sorry I upload the bicolor
I got confused old picture

I will take a picture of Hawaiian later in the reef..

Very, very, very few actually have kept a Hawaiian any discernible amount of time. I think you'll be extremely hard pressed, if at all able, to find anyone who's successfully kept a pair.
