Those are so little! Cute too!

I know right :)

Any issues with the Potter's Angel nipping at your corals?

I have a 2-Spot Bristletooth and he's a big pansy too. It took him an entire day to get near the seaweed clip when I switched his daily Nori from Green to Red. He keep sneaking up on it and then swimming away. What a wus. :D

Nope he grazes rock and eats like a pig. Him and the flameback leave everything so far. The tomini is really active in the DT now. Only darts into the rocks when I walk by on occasion. But then again they all do except the diamond goby and yellow coris wrasse.

Well my christmas eve run to the LFS for chemo-pure resulted in this

So far so good. Couldn't pass on the price. Couldn't verify he was eating at the LFS but they had it with a large mystery and carpenter wrasse which were way to obnoxious for its liking... Set it up in a fresh qt alone and kept lights off first 24hrs. After seeing it eat some mysis or cyclops off the bottom of the tank i started prazi. This thing is fat as can be so I'm going to keep throwing tons of food in there in hopes it takes a liking to some frozen. Ill keep ya posted.

More goodies!

So the golden seems to be doing good. I put a rock from my sump covered in sponge in there about 5 days ago and all the sponge is now gone so its been grazing on that. Also been feeding as many times a day as i can. it looks fat but hard to say exactly what its eating as its pretty shy so i mostly feed and leave it alone.

just picked this beautiful couple up last night. Thanks josh!

Thats the pair together, only way to get the male in the shot was to throw nls pellets in there and they went nuts. Here are some of the female.

Female is quite the camera hog :)

Rhomboids are great!

Sadly even though the golden appeared to be in tip top shape and i had high hopes it seems to have succumb to the effects of cyanide poisoning? I have no other explanation as to why it passed this evening shortly after i got home for work. :(

That sucks about the golden angel :( Are you planning to try another, or was that a spur of the moment thing? She was a beautiful little fish.

Congrats on the rhomboids, they are looking good. Nice pics of them too

Well deff spur of the moment on the golden lol. New years eve went into the LFS for chemi-pure and left with her AND chemi-pure. The LFS steers away from Philippines fish so i was optimistic about it not being caught with cyanide. She was fat and active. Even ate some clam yesterday and mysis today... Then i came home and she was breathing really slow and on her side very lethargic which would lead me to believe cyanide.

No ammonia, Temp, salt and pH were all stable and good.

As for trying another, one from DD will actually be arriving tomorrow as i was going to pair them. So now I'm back to one and hopefully it makes it. There is another on DD now that I'm tempted to order as well?

Wish me luck on the second one!

Rhomboids are a hoot :) Female loves being right in my face when I'm around the tank lol

More Pics!

More Pics!

Well the second golden dwarf arrived and its complete night and day behavior wise between the 1st and 2nd. I thought the first one had a good chance but this one is chowing down cyclops and mysis and anything else i put in there. She loves flaring her dorsal spines at me when she pokes out of the pac :) Will get pics when i can get good ones.

Here are more of the female rhomboid and the biggest female dispar going male and showing off..
