After observing more and reading i have a slight feeling it could be flukes. After looking into the symptoms aside from still having an appetite, ive seen the discolored area on the potters right side, some head twitching, and some frayed fins. Tonight im going to fw dip him and see if that helps.. Im going to start copper next week i think as after a depressing visit to petco yesterday im going to rescue a cute little flameback covered in ich and im for sure going to have to treat and why not treat everyone at once right?

If possible, I'd keep the flameback in a separate quarantine. I don't know about your petco, but at mine there are all kinds of nasty parasites and bacterial infections going around, who knows what else. You wouldn't want to expose the resident fish to something they don't already have. I wish I could tell you something from the pictures of the potters, but there really isn't any way to identify what's wrong. Do the FW dip, let us know how it goes!

I'm assuming I should be looking for the flukes to fall off of they are present correct ? Also what are ways to adjust the fw pH to match the qt tanks ?

Also about the flame back while I see your point 110% unfortunately while I have tanks I don't have any other cycled sponge filters and need to buy at least 2 more to seed in my sump. I spent at least an hour checking each tank and observing to fish and they all appeared very active, good colors and healthy just lots of ich present on really only the more susceptible fish like tangs and angels etc... Either way its getting a fw dip after its acclimated to my water parameters then give it a day or two to make sure its eating then copper followed by prazi

Doing great actually. Seeing as him and the tomini were showing no signs of disease and eating good i moved them to the DT to make room in qt for a last minute petco rescue of a flameback angel, yellow coris wrasse and diamond goby.

Here are the potters and tomini taken a few days after being added to the DT tank.

Blenny is still a bit frightened as he has the whole night time drab colors going on. The dispar are mostly hiding or perched under something but I have seen them suck some food in as it floats by. So far the zoster is the most active and comfortable. What are you offering your dispar

The dispar I have were spooked at first also. Day three they started eating H2O mini mysis. Now eat that plus marine fusion and formula one flakes.

Man these dispar really enjoy just hiding under the heater :( They basically stick they're heads out to grab food passing by but id love to see them swimming out in the open...

Also got a 2" Singapore ill snap some pics of. And had a 3/4'-1" swalesi that only made it 1 day :(

Any issues with the Potter's Angel nipping at your corals?

I have a 2-Spot Bristletooth and he's a big pansy too. It took him an entire day to get near the seaweed clip when I switched his daily Nori from Green to Red. He keep sneaking up on it and then swimming away. What a wus. :D
