2 tunze 6101's not working

Roger,

I shut down two of my 4 tunze 6101's for tank cleaning. 2 of the tunzes will not come back on. The Batterys are not even showing red which shows there is power. I have checked all the connections and am at a loss for what is happening. Both tunzes were cleaned and will still not work.

By batteries I assume you mean the power supplies? Have you tried the power supplies from the working pumps?

I have tried switching the power supplies and they still don't work with the working pumps.

Yes, but the other way around, take a known working power supply to try to run the other two pumps. What we are trying to do is determine if it is just the power supplies or if the pumps are bad as well.

Roger, I took the good power supplys and tried to run the other 2 pumps with no luck. The pumps will not work.

Send them in, pumps and power supplies.

Roger, I will be sending out the pumps in a few days. 2 battery packs and 1 pump. Also, I found that a cord that connects to a battery pack is bad as well and is also included. Thanks again.

Roger, just wanted to make sure you received the pump and battery packs I sent out a few weeks ago and if you had any idea when I might receive them back. thanks

We got them and replacements were sent yesterday.
