20 gal flow

I currently have a 5 gallon setup which is going good, only problem is, its too small. What I have been working on is a 20 long. I am placing two overflow baffles in the rear corners, both with pumps to recirculate and filter. Now, the issua that I have been dealing with is how much flow. I have been looking at pumps fow awhile now and still havent desided, need outside input. If proper flow rate is supposed to be 4 to 5 tiles total volume, I need 100 gph. Anyhow, one pump runs at 200 gph each, giving 400gph total turnover. The other runs at 370 gph, 740 gph total. Seems to me that the 740 gph may be a little overkill?? What do you think? If anyone is interested, I can look into adding some pics. Thanks

proper flow rate would be 10 times turnover per hour at the very least...and thats for fish only w/lr. If its reef, then go for 15-20 at least. Lotta people do like 30.

740 would give you about 34 or something...in a small tank that may be a little much, but i dont know. If you can lower it to 25, then that would be good imo.
