20L and everything in it, $100 obo

I have a 20L tank with a MJ1200, MJ900, 2 penguin HOB filters, 175 MH w/ballast, tank, stand, false perc clown, and 20+ lbs of live rock/sand all for $100, obo. It all has to go, best off can take it all!

I'll sell piecemeal if needed, but LR and fish have to go first. LR would go at $2.00 / lb, obo. Fish would be free to good home.

I'm getting out, so I also have a refractor ($40 value) free to the first one to take it all at full price... $10 piecemeal.

I've tried numerous times to keep things going since selling off the 180g, but I just can't stay in... so it's all up for grabs! Thanks!
