well ive been posting threads about my tank in a couple different places and i feel this is the place it should really go.

20g long aga
It has 25lbs of sugarsized reef sand, roughly 35-40lbs of LR (main filtration) and its under a hamilton 150w 10k. Im running some carbon thru an aquaclear70 and where im using a temp. filter pad as well (use for my QT in about a month) ive got a rio50 (which i had left over) 2 maxijets 1200's 1 w/ hydor (which is awesome i love it) and a theo? heater.

As for livestock ive got my almost 3 yr old tankbred Ocellaris clowns
1 Ruby emerald crab
20-30 astreas
10 blueleg hermits/ couple mixed
couple random frags of xenia
A frag of orange digi (compliments of philwd from the last FRAG ) which its doing awesome new branches already
tricolor acropora (tenius?) insane polyp extension
red Monti cap

I just dose Kalk w/ topoff, w/c's and thats about it, running strong so far lots of halimeda

that is awesome! How much LR is in there? I have a 20 long as well, and I cant get the MJ1200 to stop blowing all the sand around in it from one corner! Does the hydorflo mod make the water splash outside the tank???? I want to do that too...

thx for the compliments, there is roughly 35-40 lbs of LR , and i actually have 2 mj1200's. I just positioned them to deflect in some areas, it takes some tweaking. also i do have alittle sand problem in the front of the tank flow pushes the sand away but i dont mind it and it doesnt send particles up in the water column anymore.

as for the hydor, no it doesnt splash outside the tank, atleast not for me, and from what i read the hydor cuts down the flow of the mj a bit. I love the hydor, every rotation that u watch from above is like a small wave passing over, haha very cool
