thanks,
I know I have learned a lot in the past year and have had to humble myself a couple of times during the process....
Also I am grateful for everyone who is willing to help me, here on RC.
thanks everyone!

ok guys.....my orp probe is only reading like 285 and its been a week tomorrow. What do you think, bad probe? It came frozen, and from what i have been told that shouldnt cause it from working after it thaws. My tank water is crystal clear and so i would have expected a higher reading.

how does the sun coral do so close to the lights?i try to keep mine shaded. i probably dont need to, but i have an over hang that created too much shade and no photosynthetic coral grew well there..

well i dont take care of them the way i should so they havent shown any growth at all. I should be spot feeding them but never find the time....also they are so close to the top that they only get lighting from the pc's, the angle of the MH dont hit them....except the dispersed light i guess....

My tank ORP readings are in the ~ 400. the high and low of your tank's ORP has to do with how oxygenate water of your tank, which hypothetically believe indicating the overall heath of the tank, and not how clear the water is. you can find more info in the "Reef chemistry forum"

also, why not invest on a new camera, I think it'll capture better picture of your tank.

-nice turn around-

My brain hurts from reading all of this thread. I love the way your tank looks. If I have the time, I would certainly like to stop by and see it when I'm in Fargo next month.
