What kind of lighting are you using?

3x 400w XM 15k with hamilton ballasts. 3x 5' UVI Super Actinics

I like the XM 15k bulbs. They get a hard time around here though and it seems to work for you as well. Nice tank by the way....

I'm happy with the xm15k bulbs. The tank is 5 years old now and i've used the xm's for the past 3 years. Will try to post some up close pics when i have time.

Is the coral in the center of your second pic a Millepora sp. (fire coral) or a Montipora sp. (digi) ?

Very nice tank! What kind of flow system are you using? I see the vortechs, are those waveboxes in the back corners?

Gen X 4 return pump and 3 vortech MP40w for flow. The corner boxes are just the overflow boxes.

Can you tell me how far the bulbs are from the surface of the water? Are they DE or SE bulbs? thanks.
