Test kits i use to use were salifurt for the longest time but ive learned to enjoy the redsea/ hanna checkers alot more over time.

My topoff system is the genesis reef system. From my understanding its relatively new in the scene but its an all in one automated topoff. I try to keep my parameters extremely stable so with this system im able to do water changes daily with out lifting a finger instead of doing one large water change weekly. The two bins are 40 gallons each one is for salt water other is for RO while another line drains to the sink.

Lol hows it goin dex i think hanna's are by far the most superior for alk phopshates and calcium but for something like copper i prefur the redsea ones far more i refuse to pay for a hanna nitrate checker so ill stick to the salifurt one as its cheaper

Its an octopus extreme 350 the sro skimmers wernt popular when i baught this one nor was i aware that the sro had the ability to get self neck cleaners otherwise i would of gotten the 3000 for sure!

Ive messed around with bio pellets but i havnt dabbled around with it long enough to determine if i want to use it for my system but i use brs carbon// brs gfo .

im with you I have bio pellets too but havent employed them yet. I wanted to let some nutirents establish themselves before i did that.

yeah for sure man id like to see how your system is coming along with some of the corals i traded ya. The aussie ones i got from you im sure would of colored up a bit if i wasnt in the middle of upgrading my system lol. They went from brown to tan with decent PE in my frag tank so thats a good sign

I use a calcium reactor with Kalk to keep things stable.

The heart of the system and no doubt my most valued piece of equipment is this..

I use 14 outputs for my apex and im in debate about getting another 8 plug console since i put anything any everything thats able to be on that system you name it pumps heaters calcium reactor light fixtures chiller fans the list goes on. Another thing this piece of equipment does is allow me to feel comfortable when im away since I can control things when im away if and when things go wrong.
