220g Starphire:LED:4 sided viewable: with a Basement Sump

Np Stan-

Its called level loc - it has a float valve as well as a float switch connected to selenoid as you can also hook the unit up to a timer - this will be connected directly to my ro unit.
I will be using the APEX to set time that this will be running (the level loc's selenoid shuts the flow of water as soon as power is turned off. I also will have waterbugs and another float switch that will be connected to another selenoid to shut off the RODI Unit
so bottom line there will be about 5 points of failure (including not getting my email or text msg from the Apex that i have a problem)

BRS carried them as well as other sites - however the are tough to find- do a google search on Level-loc ato

I am going to have to build a bracket since the unit doesn't want to fit over the lip Rubbermaid bin that I am going to install (at my low point of the system)

Good Luck let me know how the search goes -

hey thanx a bunch for the info! whatever site I had seen this float switch on had a video of it in operation, seems like a pretty slick ATO i gotta have one!

Please cover up the insulation its bothering me :)
You need a moisture barrier there.. I would drywall and paint with a high gloss or something that will repel the moisture. Preventing any mold issues now is way cheaper im sure.

Other than that loving your build! following it for my 210 build!

great setup!

how do you plan to heat the water in the basement? im having issues right because my basement is in the low 60's, i'm having to use 1000w of heaters
Im just north of you (TN)
