So now, not only you wasted 5 months of our time, I will not get back the loss due to exchange rate which is SGD$200.

Is this the best you can offer ? I willl have expected you to work it out with Proline and Royal Exclusiv and get me a definite ETA not later than Oct on our skimmer. But you took the easy way out and wasted 5 months of our time and expected us to suffer a loss of SGD$200.

Proline and Royal Exclusiv, stop hiding behind premium aquatics. Come out and honour this transaction.

This skimmer IS NOT made in China. I'm not sure where or who you heard that from, but it's completely inaccurate.
