After 2 years of getting back to reef keeping, I have finally grow out of my current system.

http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1132940&perpage=25&pagenumber=1

My new system will be consist of

72"x 30"x 24" LeeMar Euro brace with front starfire. Center custom overflow

3 x 400w MH with Lumenmax reflector
2 x 5' T5 with Super Actinic

100 gal custom sump

ATP cone shape medium skimmer

2 x mp40 vortech

Reeferkeeper2 controller

Now here is what i m still doing my research:

I need a return pump. Many people recommended an insump pump, such as this

maxflow return pump 2900 GPH

They are telling me external pumps are old school now.

So I need opinions, please give me as many suggestion as possible.

Maybe, but my Sequence 3600 has been running flawlessly for over 3 years 24/7.

Reduced heat added to the water too.

Things are on hold for a while. But, here is a list of new equipment
Galaxy 400w ballast
Vortech mp40w gen 2
Lumen Max Elite reflector
Radium Bulb 400w 20k
Ready T-5 kit 60" for 2 bulb
2 x t-5 bulbs 60" (Actinic)
2 x fans
2 x durso pipes for overflow
2 x 1.5 bulkhead
2 x 1" bulkhead
maxflow return pump 2900 GPH
10 bags of live sand, 20pound each

Need suggestion. Should I transfer everything at once to the new tank? Or Should I do it slowly, let the original tank run and transfer corals over slowly?

VERY VERY nice, the pics were worth the wait. Someone did a nice job on your tank stand and canopy. I have decided that your tank measurements are the same as I will get on my new tank, so I have a question for you. Could you have gone with 250w MH instead of the 400s. The reason I ask is that like you, I plan to use lights that I have in my 125g tank which are 250w. What would be the down side for me. Your old tank also looks very nice, how old is that tank? Could you also take a few more pics of your sump area, maybe the left side and a pic or two of your plumbing pipes. I don't have a refrigium in my tank and I want to see how you have this set up and how it works. Sorry to ask all these ???s but you have the exact set up that I am wanting to build, lol. Again very nice job you have done there, and I claim all broken frag pieces, lol.

some shots of corals that I moved over from the 40G frag tank.

I will be able to take better pictures again when I get my new Canon 7D =)

Water is getting clear now. Some shop in Socal has a pair of Flame Wrasse for dirt cheap. I am telling myself not to get it.................should I.......

I already got 3 pyramid butterflies in my holding tank.
