Now that's just damn funny.

Wow, thats looking good! Sorry I couldnt make it last Saturday. Had to get our taxes done. After we found out what we owed, I didnt have any motivation left to do anything really. Well there goes more of the upgrade funds lol!

Thanks guys, yeah we water tested the tank yesterday and everything held. There were a couple threaded connections that had some drips so I'll be taking some of it apart and using even more teflon (used 3.5 spools already) next weekend. Other than that, I just need to plumb the return from the sump and then I can start filling it!

Nice Eric, I can't wait to see some fish and corals in there, are you going to let it cycle first? or what are your plans?

It will definately cycle before anything goes in there, then it will be fish first and then slowly start to add the corals. It will be primarily an SPS garden so I want to make sure everything else is dialed in first. :)

Wow Very Nice

Wow Very Nice

Maybe my next tank will be that size, I have no idea where I would put it, so until I buy another house. This definitely took some planning on your part. Show us the back room! I'm a sucker for the built in design!

Sorry it took so long to post some more pics...

Murph, I'm using 2 250w XM 10K's in Luminarc III's with 4 24" T-5's running front to back on each side of the LAIII. The lights will be mounted in a rack which will be on an 8' barndoor slide so I can move it completely out of the way.

Lights should be installed this weekend, but I know, enough talk so here's the pics. :D

Here's the lights reflectors

Water in there

Water in there

Is that water I see in there?!

You have spared no expense on this system, glad to see you have kristened the Reef with the wet stuff. I'd like to see her up and running when your ready.

Too Cool Calvin

Yes, but it's just tap water for now... Need to water test everything first then we'll drain it (again... :( ) and fill it back up with RO/DI. Then the fun begins... That is if my damn interceptor ever gets here!!! :mad2:

I know, I know... I called them last week and they said they needed the 3 digit code on my card. A-holes never called me for it. I wasted 3 weeks thinking it was caught up in customs. :( Who knows when I'll get it, I tried to call them today and just got their machine. I'll try again tomorrow.

Thanks Larry, just let me know when you're available and we'll hook up and you can see it yourself. I hope there is enough room for the tubs.
