240L Divider in wall Build

Wow looking good, is the tank flush with the interior drywall?
You can easily use the Apex for ATO.
With auto water change its possible to accomplish this with 2 methods.
1. Using the apex with the DOS addons, basically you'd set it up to do continuous water changes of about 1g a day, removing water from the drain side of the sump while simultaneously adding the same amount of water to the return side.
2. Genesis water change system, look into that. It does water changes at about a gallon a minute. Can be programmed for single large changes or multiple small changes.

We use apex DOS for AWC, definitely is possible. I've heard great things about Genesis as well.

Yes Kinda the tank face butts up-to drywall, and the tank has about an inch all the way around with a bead of silicon around the edge to totally seal out the garage. you can see what im talking about up top

Here a few pics of my Sump room, These are a little old now Working on getting some equipment mounted and some finishing touches on the room.
Need to build a stand for my Sump that I need to order Ill be building my own from a 125gal -150 gal and need to make my stand for my mixing barrels so I can get started on that and programming my Apex for ATO and AWC

Yours is the type of thread I wish was created years ago, so I could waste the day away at work looking through pages and pages of progress!

Looks amazing, the bars stools are genius

Thanks, They kinda remind me of a 57 Chevy paint job or something.

Im thinking of putting in a Breakfast bar on the other side when I get new counter tops in the kitchen, Will see how it all lays out getting new living room furniture today!

Very nice setup.

How is that camera working up above the door in the fish room? I was looking at some of that type.

Its just a HD POE Camera Ive got a bunch outside, And Can view it right from my phone, theirs also an app - Super Powerful software can do almost anything, I have it slide up on my Tvs when some walks upto the front door all kinds off cool **** you can do. The software is called blue Iris. You could also go with a system that has the DVR included with 4 cams or something like that
