2x6100 or 6000 for 90g

I have a 90g (48" wide) ssb tank and was wondering if a muli controller and 2 6100's or a multi controller and 2 6000's would work better? I have sps and some softies/lps I would like as much flow as possible without blowing up the sand, i'm leaning more towards the 6000's but didn't know if i would need the overhead of the 6100's for the pulsing and cool functions of the multi controller. I just don't want to have a sand storm.

Don't mean to chime in I would loose the sand and jack up the flow the sps will love it ..then you can running the 6100's ...

The 6000's work with the controller, in fact they are the same pump with a lower voltage transformer and you could upgrade later if necessary. I would start with the 6000's.

I have 2 x 6000's w/ Multicontroller in a 90g with a dsb and have no problems with them kicking up the sand... Go for it!!!
