3 Year Anniversary Pics

I see you added a vortech to the back wall? i recall you were only running 2 tunzes, one in each back corner initially. How much additional flow did you add besides the one vortech I see?

you people from Conn. think you're sooo special....give me unlimited $ and
10 years, and I could do that!... MAYBE...
SERIOUSLY. Keith, I have got to load up the family and take the 15 minute drive, to see that tank, in person...UNBELIEVABLE, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!
Thanks man. Anytime you want to swing up....LMK.

I just added the one Vortech. I was thinking about adding more but I took out my huge Green Bali Slimer on the left hand side of the tank and that opened things up a bit. Removing the birdsnest in the middle would certainly open things up even more but I am hesitant since it is a great piece. Might have to go, however, since it has become a beast!

Beautiful, buddy. We have GOT to get together again sometime soon.
Thanks Michael. I'll reach out to you next time I am in your neck of the woods.

Your tank is still amazing and congrats on your continued success! And a Happy 3rd Birthday to it! :celeb2::celeb3:

WOW!!! Your tank is inspirational.
What percent of water changes do you do and which saltmix?
Are you able to add new sps anywhere in the tank, I'm guessing no, so what now?

Wow. I thought my tank looked nice but now I know I'm not doing things quite right.
Thanks!

amazing!

just wondering if you have you ever tested the par levels in yout tank?
Many thanks. Never have tested the par levels.

And thank you. I do about 15% every week. Started using ESV salt and so far so good. Mixes up very clean and very stable batch to batch.

Thanks!

I was reading about that saltmix a couple months ago. I think I will try it out, I like how it is ready to go after 10-minutes of mixing and that it mixes very clean. Thanks.

Yes...I am very happy with it.

WOW!!! Very impressive! What bulbs are you using? You have a calc reactor or dosing?

Thanks
Mark-
Thanks!. 400W Radiums on HQI ballasts plus 8 39W Super Actinic T5s. Using both a Ca reactor and a Kalc reactor.

Regarding the ESV salt, what are the numbers on it?

Ca
Alk
pH
Mg
etc?
Not sure. I have only tested the Mg based on what was recommended and it came out a bit low. Good thing about this salt is that you just add more of the Mg to boost it up.

Thanks agcneves and reefsahoy
