30% minimum

Roger,

I understand that the Tunzes dont like to run between 0 - 30% power and I understand why but my question is ....

What is the 30% minimum power relative to?

The 6100 has a power adjustment screw on the driver box so is the 30% controller minimum power relative to the driver power at the minimum or maximum?

You cannot set both, if you use a controller, the power adjustment on the driver must be at 100%. This setting is only for operation with no controller and is identical to the range of the controller knob- 30-100%. If you turn this down as well they overlap, the controller won't get enough power and the pump will run erratically and may be damaged.
