Right on:) Working on setting them up now in a few different kinds of reefs so video/video's will follow soon. I need to test them at different flows first before saying what all they can do. I already know they will need to be dipped in vinegar once in a while to keep plastic bearings nice and working free.

Dual 1/2" w/3/8" accelerator outlet

Dual 1/2" w/3/8" accelerator outlet

I wanted to adjust two of my 1" top of tank back corner outlets with a dual 1/2outlet. These have a 3/8" accelerator to help with the split flow:)

Yeah I know....lol didn't realize pic was blurry until I had put away camera:) Will get a better picture as they worked perfect for what I was wanting them for:fun2:

Well pulled the trigger and bought (3) Dart pumps w/Baldor motors (2) will run my close loop and (1) will be back up. I will also be able to use as back up for my main pump which is a Barracuda.
Been working on my skimmers too:) I will be using four skimmers on this build (2) are built on each end of DT these are 4" x 30" air driven. Then as my bio load goes up I have a XRC 250 and this H&S I just picked up to use down the road when needed.
It cleaned up like new which was COOL:)
Its A200 extended (3) pump recirculation using (3) Aquabee 2000/1 pumps...

I thought my XRC250 skimmer was nice quality but hands down the H&S skimmer is a higher quality built skimmer in every way from the acrylic, plumbing, and skimmer cup. Will post pictures of it all together once my pumps come in from H&S in Germany.:hammer:

I hear you gluing and buffing and I am ready:)25 years of having framing crews sometimes my body says NO not working on the build today:hmm5:

mace
I paint the small piece PVC for my return with krylon and it fade less than a month so whats the point of painting it?

Not sure why it didn't work for you its designed for plastic, I seal mine with Krylon Fusion UV sealer after painting. It holds the color and protects from aquarium lighting. Now days using Krylon is not needed as several places now carry color pipe and fittings. One other note with all the painting I did on my build only a very small amount is touched by water.

I've been quietly following along for some time now. I cant wait to see this thing in action. It looks amazing so far, keep it up.

Yes I agree:) I believe I covered the Krylon thing pretty good thru out the thread....lol
While I really enjoy color plumbing very happy venders are stocking color pvc fittings now. Would not want to paint all this again:)
I have not updated in awhile but have been busy it is almost ready after a three year build. I have ordered the products to buff out my DT then I can put DT together....after sitting so long. Working on it only weekends it taken awhile.
The busy part always cost money...lol finally bought all the pumps, center section lighting, and other stuff. Will post some pictures this weekend:)

And always thank you for the kind words and saying HI:fish1:
