300 Gal Startup- Need Advice

Helping someone install a 300 gal display w/ 75 gallon sump.

Could use some advice on:

Plumbing Ideas:
Return and Overflow.
Pumps needed.

From the bottom of the sump to the top of the display will be 6ft.

best advice I think is to suggest you read other members threads and read up on how they did their tanks. Keep the ideas you think are good and ditch the ones you think are bad.
Research, research research.

We are. This post is to get suggestions on what they would do if they were doing the set up. I think it will be both fun and informative to have a group discuss how they would set up this particular system. Everyone has there favorite company's for pumps and methods of piping.
