300 Gallon move with fish room, the build..

So I purchased a 300 fully stocked and loaded with aux equipment and tanks. The guy is super cool and is retiring, selling everything together. The move will happen on December 14 so I have a few short weeks to plan and build. I have been out of the hobby for 4 years since we moved.
The room will be in the garage and share a wall with the dining room. Fish room is 8x12. I have it all framed out, FRP on all walls and ceiling and just started drywall omg the outside now that I have the elec and insulation in.

Looks like you've been doing a lot of planning.
 
Is FRP (fiberglass reinforced panels) necessary for any wall that will be in close proximation to the fish tank, refugium, sump, etc? I too am working to start a new build to a 310 gallon reef tank in early January. They are finishing my basement, starting in early December and I plan to incorporate a small fish room into the build. I was going to do a built in, but I like the idea of being able to see 3 sides of the tank; so I am now looking at Planet Acquariums for the tank/stand, but will keep the sump, refugium, water storage, sink, etc in the fish room. Is it best to go with an exhaust fan in the fish room and if so, what kind or brand? Thanks!!
 
I did full room frp for a number of reasons. Perhaps I should have used green board all around but I chose to leave the existing ceiling and existing 2 of the garage walls go and just use regular 5/8 on the 2 walls the I needed to build. That saved me a ton of work, plus I didn't have to sand any drywall, I taped and mudded and that's all. It took me almost 15 gallons of frp adhesive to hang 14 sheets. The frp adheasive to me is better than any paint, green board, of or whatever else I could have put on the walls. That stuff is nasty sticky and uniform coated. I silicone caulked all of the connecting pieces, corners and whatnot before sliding the sheets in. Cost wise it does hurt, but I saved on paint, primer, green board and time. Plus I know I never have to worry about getting it wet, it's easy to wipe/clean etc. well worth it to me. It is miserable to install with one person and 12' ceilings by the way..

It doesn't look it in the picture but that's 62" tall, getting the 300 on top is going to be the fun part

It isn't color but a special epoxy coating for concrete garage floors so that they become oil and watertight. It is fairly common here in the US.

Rustoleum garage floor epoxy, correct. I used the one car garage kit and only used half. I wanted something that looked nice.

If it was me, I would have put in a floor drain just I case and to make clean up easier. And I would also have a sink installed so all the fishy business can stay in the fish room. It's how I had it in my breeding room back in Germany.

Yup got the utility sink installed, no floor drain though, it's in the garage, floor has a pitch to the driveway so all it takes is open the door and wash it out.

Look great, hope that you have a of the containers, buckets ect… ready for the move. I did this 4 years ago from a 180 to 375 gallons. Quite a job even know I only have a short distance between the two tanks
 
Marathon complete, temporary plumbing complete, final plumbing underway. All survivors are doing very well. Made a huge batch of frozen food last night and vac sealed per month. Water changes this weekend and more cleanup.
