36" JBJ 192 Watt light

I bought a 58 gallon oceanic setup. It came with a 36" JBJ 192 Watt light. I think I was told the light strip is around 2 years old and the bulbs are 4-6 months old. I haven't fully made my mind up yet, but I'm thinking of building a canopy and ordering a vho retro kit for it. So, I'm just checking to see if there might be any interests in this light.

i'm actually thinking about bumping my 40 BR plans up to a 58. if your plans go south, shoot me some pics of the unit
TIA

Ok, I'm keeping my 58 setup, but selling the lights. I'm gonna set it up as a FW tank. I cleaned the fixture up tonight. Couldnt get in all the cracks, but it's better. Only thing it's gonna need now is filter foam for the the cooling fans. I had to take the old ones out, they was too dirty to save. I'm sure they would be less than $5 and probably can get them at radioshack or somewhere? Also, theres a plastic piece missing where the plug cord goes into the fixture but it doesnt effect it. I'll take $75 for the light. Maybe trades???

Hey steve if your doing a planted tank did you think about just getting some new freshwater pc bulbs for it. They would be good for the plants.

No, I have always wanted fancy goldfish. Im thinking this would be a cool tank to get a few. I'll just be using artificial plants. I did think about that though, about the planted tank. Whch is why i dont mind holding on to the light, it will get used at some point. I do have the 46 bowfront I got from wayne. May set it up as a reef...
