3rd Annual Middle Tn Frag Swap

Thanks for reminding me, Lindsey. I sent an email, but it was rejected. I meant to then call him, but have gotten wrapped up in the holiday fun.
 
I will drop one by Pet Palace in Clarksville and see if we can put one up at L &L and the other corporate fish stores up here.

Hate that we missed you at the meeting. We were hoping you and Luther might make it. I got to meet alot of people I didn't know, so it was a great night.
 
Yeah two businesses keeps me busy. I have time to do things at crazy hours. The drop off of the fliers I am sure will be on my way somewhere this week. BGFish is also going through some company re-alignment issues and is working quit a bit more than he used to. We will be down there together on the 20th I am sure. I really want to get rid of a bunch of my excess equipment and a couple of frags. LMK if you need anything.

I don't think so. I am probably going to tailgate it. I am going to post probably today the items I have and then do all pre-solds. I really don't want to have to get married to a table all day. I want to get in on the action and then get out of their. Do you need help setting up the tables and the like. Earlier is a better time for me than cleaning up after. I will probably get my guys going and then need to get back and check on them before dark. After say 7:15, I would be able to go and do for you on the day of. Of course anything between now and then LMK.

I'm thinking of an impropmtu meeting at my house sometime during the weekend of the 12/13th to go over everything. I need to figure out how many people we need, how many we have, and where we need everyone so it can all be set in stone. How many would be able to make it that Saturday or Sunday if we had a quick meeting to go over the frag swap?
 
Gary, I dont think I can get away two weekends in a row with my schedule, but you can count me in to be available sat morning for the swap with time after as well.
 
gary i got the swap off all day so thats not a problem. ill also be able to meet up the sunday before as thats my only guarunteed day off every week. keep me posted!<~~~steve
 
If I have it down on my calendar correctly, there's a little bit of poker going on Saturday the 13th... If everyone that's needed is going to be there playing cards, maybe kill two birds with one stone - poker and a "meeting". If not, perhaps Sunday at Gary's is the way to go...
 
I'm available to help out on the 20th. I'll likely be getting there early to set up some things. I won't be able to make it on the 12th or 13th, though.
 
I forgot about the poker game... Sunday works for me, too. Let's see how many can make a Sunday meeting, say 2 or 3ish. It's not official yet-we'll wait and see how many can come. I could go ahead and do the glass drilling, too, if anyone is interested in that.
 
I can make that. I don't have anything to be drilled but could bring what equipment and supplies that I have for anybody who is interested. Either time is fine for me. What else do I need to bring? Hey, if there is anybody out there who is more of a specialty beer drinker let me know and I will bring some of my brothers beers. He is getting quit the reputation for his beers. Are we dark, IPA, reds, hefs,...
