3rd birdsnest frag bleaching

90 gallon with 2X175 watt 10k MH and 2 96 watt PC actinic about 6-7" above water. I have put the frags up higher bc I thought they required strong light. I have since moved it to the bottom. It has bascially gone white with some faint pink still left. Is it possible for it to come back since I moved it on the bottom?

If it is just bleached it can come back but if the tissue is gone it's already dead
