Before I post this in the for sale forum I thought I would offer it locally.
I have a couple sets of mounted montipora capricornis frags. Each one of the 4 is different. They all grow well and are at least second generation (which means they will probably do well in most tanks).
They have been grown under VHO/t5s and MH.
Here they are:
1.
Red/orange montipora capricornis: Probably the slowest growing of all 4, but the brightest of the group.
under 20K
under 14K Hamilton
2. JBNY's blue polyped purple body monti cap.
heres one of my frags in someone elses tank (cant remember who...)
3. Scrolling Green Monti cap. This one is a really pretty green colored cap that is a prolific scroller. I originally got this as a frag several years ago. I gave some to tim, then lost my colony to montipora eating nudibranchs about 2 years ago. I received a frag from tim around april and its doing really well.
4. Pink-purple rim cap. This one was from Charlie several years ago and is probably the fastest growing coral I have ever owned. Very nice scrolling form, bright pink/purple rim. An essential beginner SPS coral to my mind.
Each frag will be at least 1.5 inch by 1 inch mounted to a disk.
I have a couple sets of these available. If anyone is interested please PM me, if no one local is interested they will go into the for sale forum.
Thanks,
P.
