40 Breeder Stocking list!

Alright well I made some major mistakes, too big of fish, not QT, ICH, etc. But now I'm ready to make smart choices with my fish.

Heres my tank:

40-breeder(Actually 44.88 Gallons)
Sump-
NWB Reef octupus Skimmer good for 100 Gallons
Heater
150W MH
2x Tunze 6015
Mag 3.5 Return
GFO Carbon Dual BRS Reactor
ATO(Kalk coming soon)

Mixed Reef

Well here is the list.

Royal gramma
Blue Chromis
Flasher Wrasse(Already have in QT)
Coral Beauty angelfish(I'm aware of risks regarding not being reef safe)
Neon Goby
Dart Fish
Fire cleaner shrimp(Already have)

Please tell me what you personally would take away or add, and why.

Also please tell me what order you would add these.

Your initial stock list looks good, and I would not add any other fish besides this. If the other fish you mention are must have, maybe bump something that is on your initial list.

As far as addition ordering, I would just add the dwarf angel last and would not be too concerned about the ordering of the others.

Looks good as long as you don't plan on making any other additions after what's listed. I'd say that's a reasonable stocking level for a 40B.

Yeah I'm debating dropping the Chromis and adding a small goby. Any suggestions? Or just dropping it all together. It would be nice to have a low maintenance(low bio-load aquarium)

I would replace your chromis with a tailspot blenny , everything else looks good

Bar dart fish have real nice color and can be kept in groups and are active swimmers if you are interested in them. Mine swim around my hand whenever its in the tank so they have great personalities too.

Yeah looked at them, but actually picked up a normal Fire Dartfish. He's in the QT now. Can't beat a 7 dollar fish to be honest.

bar dartfish are inexpensive as well, got mine for 10 bucks each...I wonder if they can co exist with the fire dartfish, if so you should look into one... they make my nieces go crazy haha
