Thanks, I might have to try that when I get my 40B. I'm trying to wait till they go on sale somewhere. No one locally carries this tank, kind of dissapointing. Did you have to do anything else to the tank after you took off the trim, eg. braces or anything What kind of overlfow do you have?

I am thinking around the middle of October. Maybe a little sooner, maybe a little later. No later than the end though. I can't wait, it is going to be an awesome setup. It is by far the most thought I have put into a tank that I have setup.

What is that orange coral in the pics, it has amazing color?

Thank you James. I think it's a sponge of some sort not sure tho' maybe someone else can tell. The lights are 2 250W HQI 14K.

I feel like a 40 breeder is the perfect "small" tank to setup. I have one that I cannot wait to do. The dimensions make lighting it easy, and the stand size lets you put a 20L or 29 as a sump.
