40 Gallon Breeder-Lets see Em'

I'm thinking about setting up a 50, which is I guess just a little taller than the 40 breeder but otherwise the same...glad I found this thread. I do love the shape of the tank. Its interesting to see how some of these look so packed full and some more open but I like both. I was thinking it needed to be totally packed to look good but I see its not true.

Salty child 79 I especially love the open water look you've achieved in your tank.

my old 40 breeder. aquatreads 10k light makes it look worse than it really is. those rocks are actully purple.

salty child 79 is that a sun coral in the middle/right side? I've never seen or heard of a green one before, unless it just looks green from the actinics?

Everything looks great, I wish I could get mine up and going. If anyone knows when Petco is going to have another $1 per gallon sale let me know, please. Keep the great pics coming.

It looks different! No clam! And you've added a tang, among other changes.

How much time between these pictures and the last?

The 58 gallon is also the same footprint. 36"x 18"

And you know what? I guess that's what I have, because although the person I bought it from said it was 50 gallons I measured it today and it's 20 inches high, and the 50 gallon should only be 18 inches high.

so i'm working on setting up mine as we speak. Ive seen a couple on here that have taken their factory bracing off. I was thinking about doing that to mine. Its a AGA tank, with the tank being rimless like that would the tank still be sturdy enough with it full of water?

Here are a few pics of my 40B. The tank is about 8 months old. Still waiting for all my frags to grow out.
