thats what I was thinking when he was in the bag, but they aren't spots. They are like scratches???(of course it could be just that we can't see the ich) or maybe he had it before and was flashing a lot where ever he came from?

In the close up shots, it looks as though he has it on his fins.... which as such cannot be "scratches". It looks to me like he has it pretty back to be honest...... he probably has "scratches" from flashing.......

Try and get a look at him head on..... if there are white dots in/on his fins, he's got it........

2 things, the parrot you got is bi-color parrot, hopefully you didn't pay for a princess parrot(and checked out what an adult bicolor looks like) and the "really cool" guy is a Niger Trigger(Odonus niger), not a Hawaiian Black (Melicthys niger, I guess?).

is this not the one I got?

And yeah they didnt have the Hawaiian trigger so I got him instead....I may still look for a Hawaiian just b/c they are so cool!

I have a simular size tank but it is a little smaller than yours it is 36wx30tx60L and I have the following in it 2 4" niger trgs,5"blueline trg,3" undulated trg,a very fast growing 6" Gray trg,12" Queen trg,4"hummu trg,3" titan trg,5" pinktail trg courtsey of danorth(thanks Dan),8" lionfish,10" Stellatus puf,7" Sapo puf,6" sohal tng,6" R D S Sailfin tang,5" Naso Tang,6" Passer angel,8" Maculoses angel,6"queen angel,6" mexican Lunare wrasse. I just moved this tank to my new house and lost aMiniatus grouper and a Saddle grouper in the move very bummed had both of those fish for over a year and they were getting very big and fat.I hope to replace them soon.Yes I know my tank is overstocked but I prefer a tank that way.For all of you negative people I will be separting a lot of these fish between a new 300 gal tank and a 125 gal tank and my 100 gal reef, This trying to settle in first. I think your original stocklist would have been fine, just be prepared to divide them up later when they get big.Ithink a heavier stocked tank will help with there different temperments.Just my thoughts.

2 things, first how in the world were you able to get a 3" titan trigger lol? And second, during the move, I'd bet the groupers would be the hardiest out of the bunch, yet they kicked the bucket? What happened?

The groupers were by themselves in a 5 gal bucket with plenty of water, not sure what happend. They cannot take stress I gues.I am on my way now to pickup another saddle grouper and another blueline trig and a clown trig.As far as 3 inch titan trigger I am not sure why that is funny, I go yo wholesalers in LA an dthat is about as big as they come in, usually much smaller than that.I will try to post some pics tonight as I am still moving stuff but hope to bring myPC and my camera tonight.
