400g system from scratch pictorial

Scotty, I have a MRC dual gauge regulator. 2nd one from the bottom on the url below:

LSM, I tried taking the needle valve apart this weekend, but I can only unscrew it so far, so I'm not sure how to do it. I did purge the bottle yesterday and things are better, but still not perfect.
Chris, I don't have such a chart.
Matt, I did think about adding a penductor but so far haven't gotten around to trying it.

On mine I unscrewed the 4 screws that hold the solenoid to the valve body. I then used compressed air to blow it clean, so far it seems to be working.

I'm not quite sure what this is, but it looks pretty cool and is a lot more intense green that this picture suggest.
And finally a shot of my giant LTA that decided to move to the side of the tank a few weeks ago. Given the 24" depth of the tank, you can tell this guy is rather large.

Sorry guys, I've been out of the loop for a while. I'll get some new pics up soon.
I just got back from a trip to the Bahamas where I, among other things, did some snorkeling to check out a fantastic barrier reef a few hundred yards off the shore of Great Guana Cay (part of the Abacos). Unfortunately I didn't have an underwater camera, but it was incredible to see all the fish and corals in their natural habitat.

Finally had a chance to snap a couple of pictures.

Haven't really run into any issues as of late, I just haven't had time to gather additional corals and what not. I'm letting what I have now grow out a little.
I have an African tank as well that was getting way to crowded, so I picked up a used 160g for a really good deal and transferred all my Mbunas into it. I was very tempted to make it a FOWLR, but alas, there was no way to extend the plumbing from the other system to it.
Here it is right after transferring rocks, filters and fish from the 65g and 45g that you can still see in this shot:

I received a couple of questions about the piping between the sump and fuge, so here are a couple of shots I took this morning that will hopefully make it a bit clearer.
This first pic shows the lighted fuge raised a little more than a foot above the sump on the left. The fuge drains via the 2 pipes exiting the front. The water exits into a 5g bucket in the sump for bubble control.
Here is a better look at the return plumbing. It exits the bottom of the sump and then enters the hammerhead pump. 60% or so is returned to the display, the remaining 40% goes back into the fuge.
Here is a closer look at the fuge. There's a forest of grape algae and Xenia on the right and a ball of Chaeto on the right. Here is a better shot of the 2 drains I was talking about earlier. You can also see the valve I used to adjust how much sump water is returned to the fuge.
