410 gal in wall build SW Florida

The newest additions. Powder Blue in the DT. (Strangest fish I've ever seen. Just swims in small circles in different parts of the tank.)

In QT a Purple Tang and 2 new Bartlett's Anthias.

I don't often post on here, in fact this may be my first post, but I always look and hope for updates on this tank. Such a great looking tank, the aquascape is excellent!

Love the fish stocking, especially the PBT :o

Very nice I follow along as well secretly. lol

Hope your PBT the best of health mine was a challenge over the first month or two.

How is your experience with your genisis going?

Also, what methods of biological filtration are you using in your sump? Just live rock rubble on the left?

looking good.
Curious on the Powder Blue, did you QT him before going to DT? I just ask and as a cautionary note they are notorious for getting and or carrying ich. IMHO ich magnets.

Besides that I love PB tangs!

The genisis is working just fine. I have it set now to change 4 gallons of water per day and so far it has worked flawlessly.

Along with the rock rubble I also have about 4-6 inches of live sand and mud along with a growing batch of chaeto algae.

looking good.

I did QT the PBT. He has showed no signs of ich. He is starting to come out more and more but still swims in circles.

A few updated pics. I added a little RBT anemone and my first SPS acro to the tank. I also have a female Anthia that I think is turning into a male. Not sure so if anyone knows what to look for let me know. It is the biggest of the 6 and has way more color that the others.

Tank looks great as well as the build.

Thanks to your thread, the future wife approves of me having a fish room and an in wall tank.

Beautiful colonies and the fish are looking great as well. I hope you succeed in keeping the clown tang (aggression) because they are an awesome fish when they reach their adult sizes.
