420 or 454 nm VHO bulbs

Which one? Both get good reviews. Does anyone use one or both now and know which one pops the corals more? They will be running on an Icecap 660 ballast. Also these will be paired up with a single Radium 20K SE 250 watt bulb. Maybe a comparison between the T-5 versions of both for pop?
