Also add another tunze 6215 wavebox it's not creating 3" of wave between 2 of them but I am still happy with the results

Two weeks ago it's the worst week for my tank
Ick broke out while i was on vacation and I loss a lot of fish

But live goes on now I am trying to restock

My current large fish on my qt tank
Passer angel less than a week old
Emperor angel i got today but its on my lfs for month
Blue tang 5 years old
Sailfin tang 4 years old
Orange shoulder 2 years old
Small yellow tang 4 months

Still on the display tank waiting to be caught

sorry to hear that, I went through a similar experience a while back, ich broke out and wiped out almost all my fish very quickly including a 10" beautiful Imperator, I'm running a large UV now fed at a slow flow rate to hopefully kill ich, no problems so far, crossing my fingers

I just installed a uv yesterday
The imperator/ emperor I bought today is about 8" the most beautiful i have seen.
I almost bought it a month ago to be a pair with my old emperor.I guess it's not meant to be!

I've never seen a "pair" of large angels, that would indeed be very cool but not sure I'd want to risk a fight to the death! :eek1:

I saw some on public aquarium so I was thinking maybe it could be done on a smaller tank just like Ching Chai' s 6 Achilles tang. But mine was never meant to be and I have no money to buy another one.lol these Show size angels are expensive!
 
My emperor still not eating as well as I want.
I try clams, silver fish , live brine, fresh nori, nori sheets. It's been 8 days with me and it was on my lfs for almost a month . His stomach looks full, I guess from all the sponges from the live rock in the main tank. I have to separate him from the passer because I was told they don't do well with copper and although he and the passer don't fight they might have some stare down which may cause him not to eat.i will try fresh oyster later on today. I am really worried for this guy.:sad1::worried:

sometimes they take a while but usually eat like a pig, try Nori soaked in garlic

I forgot to post about the fresh garlic!my bad!
And Yeah my old emperor and my current passer eats like a pig as soon as I put them on my tank that is why I am really worried
 
yeah, you may be right about the passer, maybe that's why the imperator is not eating, you said he was at the LFS for a month, what was he eating then? I'd go with that

It was eating pellets and dried shrimp and I'll try again with same brand......
