500G (84X48X30)- NOW REAL !

Wow, looks so beautiful and full of colour. Do you do any water changes and running a calcium and kalk reacters. Also what reflecters are you using for the halides and ballasts units.

Very, very nice. :)

If you cleaned off that coraline it would look even more stunning against a jet black background.

Yes, I do water changes. About 50G per month at a minimum. And I run a calcium reactor.

I was running Lumenarc reflectors until about a week ago. I switch out to Sunlight Supply Lumen Max. I wanted bigger reflectors to increase the spread.

Sanjay,
What are your first impressions of the reflector change? Do your corals agree with the change or is it too early to tell?
See you at BAYMAC!

Sanjay,

we know shortly, zoox are brownish and too much light and nutrient get them bloom and we see brown sps. where is pigment here? is it acquired and changable? could you help me to understand pigments and coral coloration please. what is pigment?

Congratulations on a beatiful tank. I was checking again with a size tank of 2000L you only use 3x400w halides and yet the tank looks bright. Well done Prof.
