5017 Water Controller

Hi I have a 5017 water controller, that is staying on and will not turn off, when the water reaches the sensor, the green light comes on but the orange light stays on as well, continually running the pump. I have cleaned the sensor, replaced the pump and the problem remains. Any further ideas on what to do with it? (other that trashing an expensive water controller?)

Send it in, it has a two year warranty, if it is older than 2 years, I still think we can fix it for much less than a new controller.

Hi Roger thought I would check to make sure you recieved the Osmulator, I put my ph# in the box give me a call if needed.

Yes, it arrived yesterday and I will get to it today.

Roger, the Osmulator arrived yesterday, works like a champ, really happy to not have to constantly fill the tank manually again, thanks for the quick turnaround and superior service!!!
