one year, you see it in the first pictures how big it started. it eventually stayed that size for some time, but now with the move and all the nastyness happening, it took off

guess it likes same conditions as dinos and cyanos...
the other rbta was actually double the size as the big one is now, it jumped into a nanostream, lost all but 3 tentacles and is recovering. has grown some tentacles but still looks like it lacks photosynthetic symbiotic algae.
the small green ones you see is a mini-gbta, a species often called cribrinopsis crassa, quite common here in european tanks as it reproduced quicker than rbtas and stays quite small - max 4 inches. they do host clownfish, mine go in there from time to time when they are bored.
it took my clownfish over a year to accept the rbta, it happened when i could not care less whether they do or not anymore. i love them, they get more black ever since i have them and i think true percs are the most beautiful clownfish of all. they are still small, i think thats because of the small tank size, but the female is starting to get that carp-look if you know what i mean.
