Yeah but I see that as a marketing plow, people will try Aquaforest product when they see those tank.

But those compagny's tank have probably 100k$ in maintenace/equipment...

If it's truly a personnal run tank that's different but I have doubts

I saw this tank in Grzegorz home and it is an amazing tank. No high tech gatdets. There is only skimmer, light , dosing pomps, products ... and most important of all Grzegorz skills... that he learned it for two years (Yes... his first tank was started 2 years ago). That's the equipment ...

I am having a hard time understanding why you would think this. There is another thread here by Debora who also happens to be from Poland and uses the Aquaforest system and her tank looks amazing to.

The thing is it was Aquaforest's tank...

It's like if Redsea employee were posting thread of Redsea's tank only saying they were using RedSea Colors ABCD

It's marketing, those company have Labs equipement, employees and money running those tank and it's not fair to have people reading and buying product hoping for miracles.

Like I said, if this tank is not from an Aquaforest employee, thumbs up!

Tank looks amazing no questioning that, there is a great diversity of colour and the space is filled out really nicely. All the corals have a slight pastel tone to them the same as many of the korallen zucht tanks. Is this intentional? As many simpler run systems i have seen acheive more vivid colours without 3 drops of this magic potion, 4 drops of that and so on

I agree, and notice that the anti-Aquaforest backlash is beginning.

If you think that because Grzegorz works for Aquaforest he shouldn't post about his tank, I just don't get you. Anyone who has experience with SPS can see that his corals are healthy and vibrant. He doesn't get "Magic Corals" because he works for a company, and he is telling and showing you how the system is set up and run. How is that deceptive? I'm using their products BTW and from my experience they are pretty darn good!

Fellow RC members, if you don't like the colors of the corals, don't use the system that seems to be producing colors like these in tank after tank. The Aquaforest products aren't expensive compared to similar systems, so people can't criticize that aspect of the system like they could with Zeovit. They list their ingredients too, so they can't slam them for having "secret potions" either. It's a pretty straightforward system that may be "too complicated" for some people here. Different strokes people - no one is going to force you to use Aquaforest.

Why would that matter? If he said he was able to do the 1/4 mile in a time that was faster than normal, maybe. Do you think AquaForest is "Specially Tuning" their employee's tanks? As soon as you can tell me how that can be done I'm doing it to my tank!

I just like seeing pictures of exceptionally beatuful acros, which Grzegorz clearly has. And then finding out how he keeps them so beautiful.
I see the point of it as marketing... But is that a bad thing? It's still a beautiful tank and you don't just get an automatically beautiful tank because you work for an aquarium product company. The only thing you may get is the products for much cheaper (if not free)

You don't have to use the aquaforest products that turn corals pastel. In fact right on the bottle of coral e and on the website it says that dosing it slows production of zooxanthelae which gives the coral pastel look. You don't have to use it. I am using coral a and coral v and nothing is turning pastel on mine. In fact all their products are pretty straightforward and they label them as so unlike kz which is mostly labeled as magic. They are also considerably cheaper as well.

Beautiful transformation, Grzegorz, your tank was looking pretty fantastic back in 2014, you obviously learned a lot and became successful before transitioning to AF products.

I thought the US distributor is in Florida..

I don't believe this tank has a team of specialists who come and test the water and perform special treatments to make it look so good.
I think it's because of the use of the AF product line.. Promotional? I guess so.. But there are no secrets, here.... I don't think..
Is it not allowed for somebody who works for an aquarium products company to show off their tank?
This would not be the only tank on the boards in this situation...
