58 Gallon rimless

Hey guys I've been sitting on this tank for quite some time. Did some work on the stand and painted the back black. Haven't decided if I'm going to set it up or not yet. I've grown tired of not having a sump with my biocube. I've got the itch again!

Thinking of going pure T5 if and when I set it up.

Haha I water tested it with vinegar for two weeks. I need to get some more rock and sand. That's the only thing holding me back at this point!

It's up and running! Actually had a buddy take down a tank and he gave me 55 gallons of his water and a ton of rock. So it's more like an established tank

Here's a small video. Tang police don't attack me I'm just holding that hippo tang until my buddies tank is ready. He was too good of a deal last week.

Found a deal on a trigger systems sump so my whole system is going to be re-piped. I'm hard plumbing it for a clean look. Should I put my skimmer in the first or second chamber?

Also added two RW-8 powerheads. Damn these little things move water! I have to move some of my lps and mushrooms around so they don't get blown away. Adding an apex when I re-pipe this week.

I have the same sump but in the emerald series skimmer goes in the 1st if you are gonna run a fuge
