Man, that is a pretty penny just on schedule 80. Looks awesome though. Keep it up

....Hey..it all fits!
Tried to keep all the runs as straight as possible, even though there are some tight turns. The tightest turns I reserved for the emergency overflows which should be (hopefully!!) empty all the time and never used....right??
it looks awesome, but i think you might have difficulty getting the air to purge from your siphon lines with the horizontal run.
Looking good Sir and love that walk board, that's very nice.
Agree on the purge of those straight runs, it will take a few mins to settle and you may have to play with the gate valve each time you switch it back on, long straight runs as a pain for that.
What's the plan for lighting (sorry if I missed it)
Silly question, but what's the green tape for? I assume just marking where the fittings will end up along each pipe after they are cut.
thanks Rick
SCH 40..but yea!

I assumed it was sch 80 as well do to color. Where did you find grey sch 40 pvc?
Top notch build by the way.
move the values to the sump...
If I remember, valves are supposed to be as far to the end of the run as possible, otherwise you are slowing the flow right near the overflow with sloshing water afterwards.
